- Jason began his real estate career in 2005.
- He is a member of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® and has been recognized by DMAR every year since 2017 for outstanding performance excellence, totaling over $85,000,000 in property sold.
- Jason earned his Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2022. CRS is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents by the Residential Real Estate Council.
- Additionally, he was awarded the Real Estate Investing Certification by RREC in 2022.
- From 2017-2024, Jason was a member of the leadership team at Colorado Realty and Property Management Inc. During this time he provided pre-sale consultation and sales for their portfolio investors.
- From 2013-2017, he co-managed a 100+ property portfolio while conducting sales of downtown Denver loft and condo properties. During that time, he was an active member and committee chairperson for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

- The services Jason offers today as a Realtor® are complemented by 7 years of extensive sales experience with a former division of General Electric and for Konica Minolta, a Fortune 1000 technology manufacturer. Prior to these, he held numerous technical positions at AT&T.
- Jason has visited 19 countries (and counting) and lived throughout New England growing up. He has called Colorado home for the past 33 years. He loves spending time with his wife and kids while enjoying camping, mountain biking, snowboarding, concerts and all the beautiful things Colorado has to offer. He is a youth coach for Colorado Storm lacrosse. As an owner and landlord of multiple investment properties, he can fully appreciate the many ways owning real estate has helped his family plan for continued success in the future.
